Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions and all bookings are made subject to your acceptance of them. Please read them carefully before making your booking as your booking will be accepted strictly on the understanding that you accept these conditions of sale. You have certain statutory rights as a consumer that are not affected by these terms. Contact your local trading standards office for more information.

Online bookings

You must pay for the events when you place your order

Online payments are taken through PayPal, the safer, easier way to pay. For more information go to:
www.paypal.co.uk

Postal bookings

You can download a booking form by using the link on the event pages. When booking, please print your name and address clearly and include your day and evening telephone number. Please make cheques payable to Fellow Foodies Ltd.
All applications are processed in the order in which they are received and you will receive a confirmation by post or email.

What if you change your mind or can’t make it?

You can’t cancel a booking but you can transfer the booking to another event (providing there is space available) or you can send someone in your place. You will be required to pay the difference if the event you are transferring to is of a higher price than the one booked. You will be refunded if it is of a lower price.

What if we have to change or cancel an event?

We reserve the right to cancel any event or substitute another presenter at any time. In the unfortunate event that a presenter cannot attend an event or an event cannot take place, you will be offered the choice of an appropriate alternative or a full refund.
